Shipping and Returns

At CULTR, by Created for Culture, we partner with a curated group of AAPI and diverse owned makers and brands. Products may ship from different locations depending on the brand fulfilling your order.

Shipping Methods and Timing

Standard shipping is available for most products and typically arrives within 5 to 10 business days. Many items ship directly from our brand partners, so delivery timing may vary based on each partner’s processing schedule and location.

If your order includes items from multiple brands, you may receive more than one package.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, contact hello@createdforculture.com and we will do our best to help.

Tracking and Updates

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number from us or directly from the brand partner. Orders with multiple items may generate multiple tracking notifications.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are processed by the brand partner who fulfilled your item.

Default return terms are as follows unless otherwise noted on the product page:

Return window is 30 days from delivery

Return shipping labels are provided at no cost

No restocking fees

Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt

Approved returns are automatically refunded to the original payment method

If a return request is declined or canceled, it will be automatically closed.

Because items are fulfilled by individual brand partners, return instructions may vary slightly. Always follow the return guidance provided in your confirmation or return authorization email.
